DiMS! is rapidly implementing a comprehensive e-learning system which facilitates implementation and training at DiMS! customers.

The DiMS! e-learning concept enables DiMS! to rapidly and accurately communicate the latest software to users, and permits users to quickly adapt to the latest DiMS! advantages. The e-Learning software is a revolutionary training tool that will expedite end user training and enhance their learning experience and knowledge retention. Some of the key features and benefits of the eLearning tool are as follows:


 

Ease of access and wide user coverage

End users can access the training courses via the internet at any time. The training material is organized by process areas and roles, and the user may also use the search tool to quickly find the relevant lessons.
 

Powerful simulation

The intuitive electronic lessons simulate the same look, feel and behavior of the live system. Therefore connection to the live DiMS! application is not required for training.
 

Multiple training formats to suit each user’s need

Each lesson is presented in four different formats, enabling each user to select one that matches their requirement or learning preference.
 

1. 

Lessons are presented in a preview format in which the user learns by watching the simulation.
The user may control the speed of the demo if required.
 

2. 

This is an interactive simulation where the user’s input is required to carry out each step, supported by step-by-step instructions, explanations and pointers.
 

3. 

Similar to the training mode, but without detailed instructions or guides. Users are presented with generic instructions designed to test their knowledge of the task. The user’s score will be displayed at the end of the lesson and also in the Resultstab.
 

4. 

Live Help supports users while they are working directly in the live DiMS.NET! system. Users are given instruction for each step, presented in a pop-up window along with the screen shots of the related sections.
