Easy tracking capabilities
In DiMS!, users can track stock quantities for each and every inventory item at a single glance, without having to refer to divergent data models to retrieve such information. In addition, the software provides automatic (e-mail) purchase alerts when items must be ordered for a newly scheduled order or a depleting stock item. 

Superb inventory management
DiMS! provides an inventory management feature that enables you to not only manage relationships with customers, but also with outside suppliers. Through the entirely integrated system, you can evaluate the articles you have in stock and, if a particular material or item is beginning to deplete, you can easily connect one or more suppliers to the article, at which time you can also indicate a preferred vendor to replenish the supply. Furthermore, users can track pricing in the system by entering current contract price lists or future price changes, which are triggered by a designated activation date.

Contract pricing, for both single and multi-plant customers, is also supported in DiMS!. Through use of a company-identification feature, fixed pricing agreements can be accurately administered by showing what amounts every plant has purchased and their corresponding costs.
