Our search
We are looking for 1 seasoned and strongly motivated Implementation Consultant to strengthen our team in the US. Knowledge in the printing industry is a must.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex ERP/print management implementations at customer sites
  • Provide on-site training, consultancy and technical support for customer implementations
  • Participate in Project Definition and Project Scoping
  • Perform Workflow analyses
  • Prepare functional specifications from end-user requirements
  • Continuously strive to understand customer needs and communicate customer requests to solutions teams
Requirements:
  • Proven success in ERP/print management software implementation in the B2B market
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of issues in the printing industry required
  • Includes extensive USA travel
Education and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree at a minimum
  • 5+ years experience in implementing business application solutions
  • Knowledge of the printing industry and processes
